Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Wivlo web and mobile apps, including Wivlo Plus.

Using Wivlo

  • You must use Wivlo lawfully and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for notes, calendar events, imports, prompts, AI outputs, and other content you create or connect to Wivlo.
  • You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use Wivlo to create or distribute unlawful or harmful content.

Accounts and integrations

  • Some features require signing in and authorizing third-party integrations such as Google, Apple, Notion, or Google Docs.
  • You can disconnect integrations, but previously imported or synchronized content may remain in Wivlo until you delete it.

Wivlo Plus subscriptions

  • Wivlo Plus is a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycle, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase through Stripe Checkout on web, Apple in-app purchase on iOS where enabled, or Google Play Billing on Android where enabled.
  • Monthly Plus renews automatically each month until canceled. Yearly Plus is a 12-month commitment and may not be cancellable before the current 12-month term ends where the checkout, App Store, or Google Play purchase screen states that term.
  • Subscriptions bought through Apple or Google are managed, canceled, and refunded according to the applicable App Store or Google Play account and billing rules. Web subscriptions are managed through Wivlo settings or the Stripe billing portal.
  • Cancellation stops future renewal, but does not automatically refund fees already paid unless required by law, platform policy, the payment provider, or a written Wivlo refund decision.
  • If payment fails, access to Plus features may be paused, downgraded, or canceled after any grace period supported by the billing provider.

App store terms

  • If you download Wivlo from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the applicable store terms, billing rules, refund rules, and device permission controls also apply.
  • Where platform rules require Apple in-app purchase or Google Play Billing for mobile digital features, Wivlo will use the relevant platform billing flow rather than directing mobile app users to an external digital-goods checkout.
  • Apple and Google are not responsible for providing Wivlo support, maintenance, or account services except as required by their own platform terms.

AI features

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review AI-generated schedules, notes, and recommendations before relying on them.
  • Do not submit highly sensitive information unless you are comfortable with it being processed to provide the requested feature.

Service changes and availability

  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue features as Wivlo evolves. We will try to preserve access to your account data where practical.
  • We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

Disclaimers and liability

  • Wivlo is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wivlo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
